PEN: Becoming a Student-Ready College Workshop with Dr. Tia McNair (virtual)

You’re invited to join MOCAN for the first Postsecondary Equity Network meeting of the year on Wednesday, September 7th, from 2:00 to 3:30 PM.
This will be a virtual workshop with Dr. Tia McNair, co-author of Becoming a Student-Ready College: A New Culture of Leadership for Student Success. During the workshop, Dr. McNair will provide a framework for how higher education institutions can form policies, practices, and culture to truly support student success.
The Postsecondary Equity Network is a network of colleges and universities working to advance equity-mindedness strategies to increase completion rates for BILPOC (Black, Indigenous, Latinx, People of Color) students and students from low-income backgrounds.
