Workshop Title: Advising Immigrant and Undocumented Students

Workshop Description:  Join advisors from MOCAN and The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis for a discussion on the current advising environment for students with different immigration statuses. This session will offer guidance on how to protect confidentiality and build trust with students. We will also discuss the latest immigration policy updates and how they are impacting students. Attendees will receive resources to help guide students to assess options after high school.

Who should attend? This workshop is for advisors who work with students who themselves are immigrants or undocumented, or have family members who are.
