The Boniface Scholars Postsecondary Success Initiative, a partnership between the Missouri College & Career Attainment Network (MOCAN) and the Boniface Foundation, is a three-year initiative in St. Louis to increase persistence and graduation rates for students in partner middle schools, college access organizations, and higher education institutions.
The initiative addresses barriers to postsecondary persistence by strengthening connections between the partner organizations and the colleges and universities the students attend.
By improving communication, aligning support across organizations, and providing training and professional development to the staff serving the students, the initiative helps students stay on track toward degree completion and promotes overall postsecondary success.
